Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Is a sealed waste bag and ring-based replacement liner an essential part of the routine?
Yes, but an owner must start packing at the control panel, remove the sealed pack and confirm the next liner. This base SKU is one machine.
Explore this need in the finder →Will compatible clumping litter, dual-band Wi-Fi and adult-cat limits fit?
The reviewed plan supports compatible clumping litter, 2.4/5 GHz, and PETKIT’s six-month and 1.5 kg minimum with a 22 lb upper guide. Cat-count capacity is not rated.
Explore this need in the finder →Do camera profiles establish a rated two-cat household capacity?
No: PETKIT documents camera profiles, but no numerical household-cat rating. A hard two-cat capacity requirement remains unconfirmed.
Explore this need in the finder →The U.S. PETKIT listing identifies the Purobot Ultra as model P9903; its one-machine product record uses SKU T6-B. It is an enclosed rotating sifter for compatible clumping litter. Its main difference from the Max Pro 2 is a system that seals a full waste bag and feeds a fresh liner from a proprietary refill ring—but an owner still has to attend each pack cycle.

What the machine does—and what the owner still does
After a cat leaves, the cylinder rotates and the sifter sends clumps into a 10-liter bin. PETKIT lists a 70-liter chamber and says one refill ring handles about ten packs. Its “up to 20 days” interval is a lab estimate for one adult cat, not a travel promise or a rated household capacity. Recognition of up to 15 cats means app profiles, not a 15-cat machine rating; the cat-count rating remains unknown.
The bag feature is not remote or unattended. PETKIT’s manual says to start packing from the OLED control panel and stay beside the unit. After the bag is sealed, remove it and confirm the next liner feed at the display. The system requires PETKIT refill rings, not a generic roll. It avoids handling loose waste during bag removal, but it does not take the full bag to the trash for you.
Litter and chamber care
The Ultra uses two sifter designs: one for finer mineral or clay litter and one for tofu or mixed litter. The FAQ says compatible clumping granules must be no longer than 12 mm or wider than 3 mm; the manual says not to fill past the MAX line. Slow-clumping litter, loose stool or poor burying can leave material on the cylinder; PETKIT recommends fast, firm clumping. The cylinder and sieve still need brushing and cleaning. Wipe the base, camera and packing module rather than rinsing or soaking them.
Camera records are context, not veterinary equipment
The camera swivels between an outward room view and the litter chamber. PETKIT describes facial recognition, stool/clump images, yowling alerts and optional color-change urine-monitor litter. These records may help an owner notice a change; an alert is not a diagnosis and should not delay veterinary advice. Full video playback and longer history depend on PETKIT Care+ terms, while camera privacy settings can switch off or schedule recording without disabling cleaning. If you do not want a camera in the room, compare a camera-free sifter.
Measure the location and cat’s route
PETKIT lists the body at 20.94 inches wide by 32.20 deep by 24.09 high and entrance height at 10.43 inches. The comparison chart’s 9.84-by-8.54-inch opening has no clear axis labels, so use it as a planning clue rather than a guaranteed fit. Leave at least two inches to the wall and use a hard, level floor; rugs or an uneven base can affect weight sensing. The long footprint needs a clear approach and room to remove a sealed bag and lift the cylinder.
The page gives a 3.3–22 lb range, while the manual prohibits cats younger than six months or under 1.5 kg. Treat the rounded low boundary conservatively; “kitten protection” disables automatic cleaning rather than waiving the age rule. For a senior or less mobile cat, check the entry height and observe the actual step and turn, not just the outside dimensions.
App setup and consumables
The AI camera must be screwed into place with the included tool, the selected sifter fitted, and the device bound to the PETKIT app before first use. The U.S. page states 2.4- and 5-GHz Wi-Fi. A local display provides controls, but app setup is part of the initial routine. Budget for proprietary refill rings; the manual estimates the N60 odor eliminator lasts about two months. Because bag packing is attended, consider whether everyone who maintains the box can reach the controls and lift out the filled bag.
Which package changes the choice?
The base SKU T6-B is one Ultra. The separate Starter Bundle, SKU T6-B_T-Litter-2_N60-3_T6-AP-3, lists three refill rings, three N60 odor eliminators, two bags of “Flushable Clumping Cat Litter,” and a stated two-year Ultra warranty. These supplies do not change the litter limits or workflow; “flushable” in the litter name is not an instruction to flush waste from this appliance. Choose that package only if its exact supplies are useful. The separate Ultra Multi-Cat Care Bundle is a two-machine purchase, not a refill kit.

Who should shortlist it?
Shortlist the Ultra if you want an enclosed clumping-litter sifter, camera records and powered bag sealing—and you are willing to remove each filled bag and confirm the next liner feed at the machine. Skip it if you require unattended waste removal, a manufacturer-stated cat count, a low entry, proven fit in a tight nook, generic refill bags or full video without subscription terms. The camera’s health prompts are observations, not diagnoses. For the bag and camera differences beside the P9904, see the Ultra vs Max Pro 2 comparison.
Compared with PETKIT’s Max Pro 2, the Ultra has a rotating camera and a larger 10-liter bin, but a smaller 70-liter chamber versus 76 liters. It seals and advances a proprietary bag ring after the user removes the full bag; the Max Pro 2 uses its drawstring packing arrangement. Both need clumping litter and app setup, and neither has a published household cat-count rating. Compare the camera-free Max 3 if the lens is not important.
